Catching Fire Effie Trinket Cupcakes

As Effie Trinket would say, “Up up up! Today is a big, big, big day!” That’s right tributes, today’s the day that The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is released on DVD and Blu-ray. Have you already gone out to get a copy at midnight?

To celebrate today’s home entertainment release, I made some Effie Trinket cupcakes. I’d previously made some for The Hunger Games, but these cupcakes are specifically themed to Catching Fire.
