Casting Call: ‘Mockingjay’ Seeking Blonde Woman and Council Members

New casting calls have gone out for ‘Mockingjay’ filming this month, including another call for athletic males, a new one for a blonde haired and blue eyed woman, and men and women 50+ for a council. Since these council extras must have pale faces, we’re assuming this means they will comprise a council from District 13.
