TheCapitol.PN just updated their site with all new interviews with Panem’s “District Heroes.” (Remember them? Those posters?) from Caesar Flickerman,  some pretty interesting videos showing concept art for a windowless jet and digital makeup, and a new video from the Capitol about blockouts going on in some Capitol neighborhoods. There’s much more on the site, so make sure to head on over there.
