Sam Claflin was at the Festival di Roma, 2014 (Rome Film Festival) yesterday to promote new rom-com Love, Rosie. On the red carpet, Cinefilos wasted no time in asking him where District 4’s trident wielding victor was headed in the 3rd installment:

Cinefilos: Mockingjay Part 1 is coming and what should we expect from Finnick Odair?
Sam: There’s lots to expect. I mean, if you’re a big fan of the franchise then this continues on, in that sense – it’s exciting. But it delves deeper in to the world of the Capitol and Panem. And for all the characters, they’re all in a very, very dark place when the film starts. And it has a much more emotional punch. So look for some tears, you know. I hope people enjoy it as much as I did.
