Jeffrey Wright on the End of ‘Mockingjay’ Filming: “It was Bittersweet”

Jeffrey Wright spoke to the Belfast Telegraph this week , and he was asked about his feelings on the last day of shooting for the Mockingjay films.

“Oh God, it was [sad to leave behind]. It was the end of a long journey, longer for some than others, but the last day that we filmed in Berlin, it really felt like the resolution of a significant idea and a significant piece of work, so it was bittersweet.”

He also had nothing but praise for main actress, Jennifer Lawrence:

“She’s many things, but above all else she’s a really extraordinarily talented artist.”
