VIDEOS: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 Nominated for 8 Golden Trailer Awards

The marketing for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 has been nominated for a grand total of eight Golden Trailer Awards. Among the nominees are the trailer that debuted at San Diego Comic-Con, the logo reveal, a couple of TV spots including the one featuring Jennifer Lawrence singing ‘Deep in the Meadow,’ Katniss’ fiery final poster and the Unite billboard. You can see the categories that Mockingjay Part 2 is nominated for below along with the piece of marketing that received the nod:

You can see the full list of nominees here. The ceremony will take place on May 4 at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills. We’re taking a stab in the dark, really, that the final poster is the “Katniss On Fire Payoff” in question and could very well be wrong (but c’mon, it’s gotta be the final poster right?). I’m very glad that Snow’s crumbling facade was nominated as well as the ‘Deep in the Meadow’ TV Spot. Which is your favourite tributes?     I hope we will win, especially for a tv spot or the Snow poster. Personally I really love the big picture with the giant statue of a decapitated snow and the members of Squad 451 in front of it, I think the colors are really beautiful (even though I still can’t stand the red mockingjay suit).
