James Newton Howard was awarded the Max Steiner Film Achievement Award last night in Austria at the Hollywood In Vienna annual event. A musical concert of a number of Howard's music scores were performed by the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra including 'The Hanging Tree.'
