Here’s something to get the excitement levels up again after the complete Mockingjay dry spell we’ve been put through the last couple of weeks: something is happening over at TheCapitol.pn! The site was updated today with a “stand by” sign, warning us to stay vigilant because “further declarations” are coming. Sounds promising!
