RUMOR: Australian Cinema Received Encrypted File For ‘Untitled Trilogy Teaser A’

A new trailer rumor has popped up on the IMDb forums in the form of a claim by an Australian cinema worker who says he delivered a box labeled “Untitled Trilogy Teaser A” from Roadshow Films, which is the Australian distributor for The Hunger Games. It contained a KDM (Key Delivery Message) locked file.

Instructions attached to the box are rumored to be that the contents are to be played with Transformers: Age of Extinction, which lands in theaters next weekend, on Saturday, June 28, 2014 starting at 2 PM. This date and time translates into midnight Friday in the US. Clarification: when we say midnight Friday, we mean the trailer wouldn’t show until after Friday night, meaning it would start showing during Saturday shows of Transformers.

As many of us know from casting calls, “Untitled Trilogy” was the code name for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2 when the movie was filming in Atlanta.

Just another thing to add more fuel to the trailer speculation fire!

What do you guys think? Transformers makes a lot of sense and with the cinema leaks with previous Hunger Games stuff, a locked box is probably how they’ll protect any future leaks.
