Now that production for the Hunger Games: Mockingjay films has concluded, not only is the cast free to pursue other projects, but the producing team as well. Variety reports today that Nina Jacobson and her production company Color Force have signed a three-year “first-look” production agreement with Fox 2000.
This is not the first time Color Force works together with the studio, as you may remember they also partnered up for the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. According to the announcement, the first film project under this new partnership deal will be an adaptation of Robert Crais’ novel Suspect.
We wish our producer extraordinaire Nina and her team all the best in this new venture! There’s no doubt we’ll see her name in many more successful films over the upcoming years.
