Exclusive Mockingjay Footage to Air at BFI’s Sci-Fi Event

Digital Spy announced “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 will get an exclusive footage preview at the BFI’s upcoming Sci-Fi: Days of Fear and Wonder event,” which takes place from October 20 – December 31. This is the first definitive news concerning when we will get our long-awaited glimpse at Mockingjay Part 1.

The BFI event entitled Sci-Fi: Days of Fear and Wonder will take place in the UK, “showing more than 1,000 screenings across the country” of many celebrated works of science fiction in TV and film. The event is broken down into three categories all highlighting the uncertainty of what the future will bring wether from emerging technology, space travel, or life in other galaxies.

According to Digital Spy, “The Mockingjay first look will be part of the program at the BFI Southbank, although it is not yet known when the preview screening will take place.”

So if you have been disappointed by the recent uncertainty of Mockingjay’s presence at San Diego Comic Con, this hopefully brings you some sort of silver lining.
