‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ Part 1 Trailer Reaches 7.5M Views in 48 Hours

Trailers in the Hunger Games franchise have always been hot items, very quickly hitting massive numbers online, and this most recent Mockingjay Part 1 trailer is no exception: the video on the official Hunger Games Youtube account has reached over 7.5 million views in just 48 hours since it was released.

This brings to mind the speed achieved by previous trailers, such as the first theatrical trailer for Catching Fire, which hit 1.7M views in just 18 hours and went on to hit 20M views in just four days. Think this trailer can beat those numbers? The teaser trailer for Mockingjay Part 1 has been out since late July and has amassed nearly 15M views up to now.

We’ve watched it so many times, we’ve lost count by now. How about you all: how many times have you watched the trailer? Tell us in a comment!
