GIVEAWAY: Countdown to the Rebellion Day 9 – MovieTickets.com Seeking District 11 Ticket Victor

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 is now only a week away and to celebrate, we’re hosting a month of giveaways for tons of awesome Hunger Games stuff with the Countdown to the Rebellion. Today’s giveaway is thanks to our biggest sponsor, MovieTickets.com, who is letting us give away 2 tickets to see The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday until opening week.

The way these giveaways will work is that on each MovieTickets.com giveaway day we will be looking for a “ticket victor” from each district. Today, we’re looking for our ticket victor from District 11, which specializes in agriculture.

In The Hunger Games, Rue tells Katniss that the people of District 11 don’t actually get to eat any of the crops they work so hard to grow and that they’re publicly whipped if they do. What was your reaction when you first read this?

This giveaway is open to residents of the US that can purchase and redeem tickets from MovieTickets.com. This giveaway will close for entries on November 17, 2014. Winners will be notified by either email or Direct Message on Twitter. Winners need to reply to our notification email or DM within 72 hours or another winner will be chosen. You must be following @HGJabberjays in order to receive a DM from us. If we attempt to contact you via DM and are unable to do so, we will choose another winner.

Prize will be awarded in the form of a ticket voucher good for two tickets or a maximum value of $25.
