VIDEO: Francis Lawrence Talks Katniss Taking Charge and Final Closure

MTV’s Josh Horowitz sat down with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 director Francis Lawrence at CinemaCon last week and they spoke about the difference in Katniss’s leadership capabilities. He mentions the epilogue they have to film again and even talks about the ending, which he says will give closure to the films and satisfy people.

Tributes will also be excited (or maybe depressed) to hear about a scene they filmed in the Paris sewers for several weeks that involved oil and sewage. Overall, a fantastic interview, so be sure to watch it above!
