Much like last year, Lionsgate has partnered up with Samsung to release the final trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 exclusively at Best Buy stores across the United States. The trailer will be available at select locations from October 2nd to October 4th.
Apart from the trailer, people who visit participating stores will be able to experience the “Hunger Games Virtual Reality Experience and Mockingjay App” (not sure what that’s all about, but we’ll let you know as soon as we have more details), so be sure to check it out if you have a Best Buy nearby.
You can head on over to Samsung’s webpage to check if there are any participating Best Buy stores near you. For those of us who don’t live close to a participating Best Buy (or who don’t live in the US, period), the trailer will most likely be officially uploaded online sometime after this exclusivity period. We’ll let you know exactly when, if we get confirmation from Lionsgate.
In the meantime, what do you think about this news? Will you be heading to your local Best Buy to watch the trailer and live the experience? Do you like this idea of releasing the trailer exclusively at Best Buy stores rather than online? Sound off in the comments.
